Welcome to Pawfect Reviews. By accessing or using our service at reputation-management-sigma.vercel.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including pet groomers, dog trainers, pet boarders, and other pet service businesses.

2. Description of Service

Pawfect Reviews provides an automated Google review management platform that includes:

• Google Business Profile integration and automatic location discovery
• Google Calendar synchronization for appointment tracking
• Automated review synchronization from Google Business Profile
• AI-powered review response generation using OpenAI GPT-4
• Template-based automated review responses
• Review sentiment analysis and analytics dashboard
• Multi-location support for businesses with multiple locations
• Customer and visit tracking
• Real-time notifications for new reviews

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or pricing plans in the future with reasonable notice to users.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account by signing in with your Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have authorization to access and manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google API Services

Our Service uses Google API Services, including:

• Google Business Profile API
• Google Calendar API
• Google Places API

• Generate or post spam or inappropriate content

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate review responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are created based on the review content and your preferences
• You can review, edit, or reject AI-generated responses before they are posted
• You are responsible for all responses posted to your Google Business Profile, whether AI-generated or template-based
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
• You should review all automated responses to ensure they meet your standards and comply with applicable policies

7. Data Storage and Security

We store your data securely using:

• PostgreSQL database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure
• Vercel's secure hosting platform for application deployment
• Encrypted storage for sensitive information including OAuth tokens
• Industry-standard security practices to protect your data

While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pawfect Reviews and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create, including:

• Custom response templates
• Business information and preferences
• Customer data you input into the Service

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (for authentication, calendar, and business profile access)
• OpenAI (for AI-powered response generation)
• Vercel (for hosting and deployment)

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or services of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated responses will be accurate or appropriate
• The Service will improve your business ratings or review count
• Google APIs will remain available or unchanged
• Your data will never be lost (though we implement backup procedures)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pawfect Reviews and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you post through the Service
• Your violation of Google's policies or terms

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of Google's policies
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security concerns

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and requesting account deletion through the settings page or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes.
